Milestone Sessions are so fun! A yearly portrait session around your child’s birthday each year is a great tradition to keep. A tip is to schedule it a few months before the birthday so you have it out of the way before the busyness of celebrating comes along. And then you’ll have photos to share on their big day!

For my daughter Odette’s 3 year Milestone Session we got a giant 3 balloon and headed to the park. She wore the rainbow crown and dress from her birthday party. Reusing outfits and props from their celebrations and party can help keep everything aesthetically similar and save some money too. We kept this session fun and simple. The balloon had her excited about it!
